No — Pipeline.ST is a standalone module for STR-only portfolios. If you manage both long-term and short-term rentals, you can run Pipeline.PM and Pipeline.ST together. Pipeline.LI, the intelligence layer, works best when both are active.
A unit is any rentable STR space you manage on behalf of a client. Unit types include rooms, houses, lots, and campsites — each tracked separately with its own turnover history, guest issue log, and client reporting record.
